Category: Life with Jackson & Tinkerbell
Life with Jackson and Tinkerbell is about my black Labrador Retrievers. They are the inspiration for this blog. I started to develop the Love Laugh Woof lifestyle when Jackson came home as an eight-week-old puppy. I looked at him and realized that he was so new to the world that I could start him off without toxins and chemicals in his life. They are my best friends and constant companions. I like to share their stories to help teach other dog owners. Life with Jackson and Tinkerbell includes plenty of love, fun, and above all, laughter.
Jackson is the strong silent type in a dog body, and Tinkerbell is silly and full of energy. Jackson is sweet and serious and has a naturally serious look on his face. He is the smartest dog I have ever met and consequently tricks Tinkerbell frequently. Tinkerbell is sweet and gullible and falls for Jackson’s tricks all the time. Both dogs know a lot of words and are trained to do things like come running when they hear the tornado siren. They love to go on adventures and walks. Tinkerbell’s mission in life is to play with Jackson and always be by his side.
The blogs in this category showcase the friendship that I have with Jackson and Tinkerbell and the love that spans our species. I hope that by sharing their stories that I can above all encourage other people to develop the same love and friendship with their own dogs because dogs are able to provide so much love. .

Well,… Continue reading Our Search for a Labrador Friendly Camping Trailer
Jackson vs. The Tall, Wet Grass
Jackson vs. The Tall, Wet Grass by Lynn Stacy-Smith Neither of my black Labrador Retrievers like to walk on our grass when it gets past a certain length. Jackson objects to this type of surface more than Tinkerbell. While she will run through it, Jackson stubbornly refuses to step foot on it, which is creating… Continue reading Jackson vs. The Tall, Wet Grass
Jackson, Tinkerbell & Their Obsession with Rice
Jackson, Tinkerbell & Their Obsession with Rice by Lynn Stacy-Smith Jackson and Tinkerbell love to see who is the door. Is it a human friend who will come in and love up on them? Is it the nice UPS or FedEx people coming to bring them their Canine Caviar or treats? Is it a service person… Continue reading Jackson, Tinkerbell & Their Obsession with Rice
Tinkerbell’s Fourth Birthday
Tinkerbell's Fourth Birthday by Lynn Stacy-Smith Our Tinkerbell turned four yesterday. Of course she doesn't know that four years ago she was experiencing the world from her whelping pen for the first time. She has no idea that we were anxiously waiting for the email from the breeder saying that there were "puppies on the… Continue reading Tinkerbell’s Fourth Birthday
